Ansaldo Energia has launched, in collaboration with Start 4.0 and the technological support of HWG Sababa, a structured cybersecurity awareness path aimed at all company personnel.
The project, funded by the PNRR – Next Generation EU, arises from the need to strengthen internal awareness of cyber risks and improve the organization’s response to increasingly sophisticated cyber attacks.
The intervention involves the adoption of the Proofpoint PSAT platform, a leader in Security Training & Awareness solutions, which combines customized phishing simulations and interactive training modules with over 120 contents.
2,500 training licenses have been activated, with a modular path aimed at both general staff and technicians, with in-depth information on the NIS2 regulation and crisis management training activities.
The objective is twofold: on the one hand, to train employees to recognize, manage and report anomalous behaviors, on the other, to enhance specialized technical skills for effective management of IT incidents.
The project stands out for its technological integration, the quality of training and the personalized approach, and represents a replicable model for all companies that intend to face digital transformation in safety.
