A2A, one of the main Italian multi-utilities in the energy and environment sector, has launched a complex cybersecurity training and awareness program with Start 4.0, designed to strengthen the security posture of the entire corporate ecosystem.
Funded by the PNRR – Next Generation EU, the project was born in continuity with previous training initiatives and aims to update and enhance the technical, organizational and behavioral skills of the staff.
The course includes 20 simulated phishing campaigns, supported by a market-leading platform – Proofpoint PSAT – and a tracking and reporting system aimed at monitoring the level of awareness over time.
The program also includes immersive exercises, cyber escape room sessions on board the Cyberbus, team building sessions, classroom and online training modules, webinars and video-pills on critical topics such as OT/IoT security, NIS2 regulations and business continuity.
The intervention, which involves over 11,000 employees, stands out for the customization of content, the experiential approach and the broad involvement of the organization, from technical departments to top management.
Start 4.0 thus confirms its role as a strategic partner for highly specialized training projects, capable of responding to the cyber challenges of complex companies and critical infrastructures.
