ITA Airways has launched an important training project in cybersecurity awareness with the support of Start 4.0 and the technological partner HWG Sababa, with the aim of increasing internal awareness of cyber risks and promoting safe behaviors among employees and collaborators.
The project, funded by the PNRR – Next Generation EU, is based on the adoption of the Proofpoint PSAT platform, an advanced tool for digital training, capable of combining assessments, attack simulations and interactive modules.
Over 5,300 licenses have been activated for the use of content, with a training path divided into three phases: initial assessment, simulated phishing campaigns and personalized courses based on the behaviors detected.
The program also includes a cycle of six phishing campaigns, training sessions with increasing content, on-demand learning materials and the direct involvement of the internal communication and training team.
The goal is to promote a widespread culture of cybersecurity that goes beyond technological adoption, involving every person in the organization.
With this project, ITA Airways confirms its commitment to safe and resilient digitalization, while Start 4.0 strengthens its role as an innovation facilitator also in strategic sectors such as air transport.
