The initiative, funded by the PNRR – Next Generation EU, aims to strengthen the company’s digital transformation path through the analysis of organizational processes, staff training and the implementation of new operational solutions.
The project is divided into three phases: an in-depth organizational analysis to identify areas for improvement and define a customized development plan; a personalized training program to enable new skills and change management logics; finally, the definition of a remediation plan with management consultancy, team reorganization and integration of digital tools to optimize flows and internal communication.
Through this intervention, Reda confirms its commitment to sustainable and responsible innovation, capable of combining manufacturing tradition, organizational efficiency and digital culture.
