Bauli, a historic Italian company leader in the production of baked goods, has launched a consultancy project with Start 4.0 for the safe and advanced digital transformation of its industrial processes.
The service, funded by the PNRR – Next Generation EU, involves the implementation of a highly innovative hardware and software infrastructure, with the aim of optimizing the operational management of the plants and training staff in the use of new technologies.
At the heart of the project is the development of a “Simulator Cabinet”, an integrated system capable of collecting, simulating and analyzing signals from production machinery. This technology allows operations to be digitized, energy efficiency to be improved and control over production processes to be increased.
The project, conducted in partnership with Atomos Hyla (Sedapta Group), represents a strategic investment for innovation in the agri-food sector and a replicable model for other industrial companies.
Start 4.0, once again, confirms itself as a point of reference for safe and sustainable technological innovation, supporting companies on their journey towards the smart factory.
