Flairbit, a Genoese technology company specializing in IoT and Data Analytics solutions, has activated with Start 4.0 an advanced service for the protection of intellectual and industrial property, aimed at consolidating the legal protection of its “Senseioty” platform.
The project, funded by the PNRR – Next Generation EU, envisaged an intervention structured in two phases: legal analysis of contracts and privacy flows, and support for adaptation and correct implementation in the supply chain.
The proprietary “Senseioty” platform allows advanced management of data from heterogeneous devices through machine learning and artificial intelligence tools, resulting in a strategic technology for the digital transformation of industrial processes.
The service offered by Start 4.0 included the review of license and maintenance contracts, the drafting of legal documentation compliant with GDPR, the implementation of privacy policies and information and the production of guidelines for future negotiation.
Through this path, Flairbit has been able to strengthen its IP protection strategy, guaranteeing legal and operational security in the process of dissemination and commercialization of its technology.
