START4.0 is a partner of CTE Genova – Casa delle Tecnologie Emergenti, a strategic project promoted by the Municipality of Genoa and co-financed by the Ministry of Business and Made in Italy, with the aim of supporting the digital transformation of the cultural and creative sector through the adoption of emerging technologies.
CTE Genova aims to become a point of reference for cultural and technological innovation, creating an ecosystem that fosters the creation and growth of startups, SMEs, and industry professionals through:
the use of technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, IoT, augmented and immersive reality, and blockchain, with the support of new 5G/6G network infrastructures;
an open and shared digital infrastructure serving businesses, institutions, and research centers;
training, acceleration, incubation, and experimentation activities in the cultural and creative sectors.
START4.0’s Contribution
In the CTE Genova project, Start 4.0 leverages its experience as a National Competence Center to support safe and sustainable digitalization, with targeted actions. to:
provide technological and consulting support to businesses for the development of innovative cultural projects;
design and implement training activities dedicated to the use of Industry 4.0 technologies applied to cultural heritage and experiences;
facilitate connections between businesses, institutions, and research, creating synergies that enable new entrepreneurial opportunities;
test prototype solutions within the CTE ecosystem, leveraging the open infrastructure made available for testing, validation, and demonstrations.
