Dotvocal Innovation S.r.l., a company specializing in voice solutions based on Natural Language Processing and multi-channel technologies, has chosen Start 4.0 to carry out a complete cybersecurity assessment of its IT infrastructure.
The project, funded by the PNRR – Next Generation EU, responds to the growing need to protect sensitive systems and data in the context of advanced technological services, such as those offered in the automated help desk sector.
The consultancy included the execution of advanced vulnerability assessment and penetration testing tests, with the aim of identifying potential vulnerabilities in the systems, assessing their impact and providing recommendations to mitigate IT risks.
The activities were conducted according to international security standards and involved the entire technological infrastructure of the company.
Thanks to the support of Start 4.0 and the collaboration with aizoOn, Dotvocal will be able to strengthen its digital defenses, ensuring greater reliability of services and compliance with current regulations, such as the GDPR.
