With Start 4.0, the Giannina Gaslini Institute has launched an ambitious innovation consultancy project aimed at the digital transformation of clinical and medical training in the pediatric field.
The heart of the initiative is the design and activation of an advanced 3D simulation center, destined to become a point of reference for national and international specialized training.
The service provided by Start 4.0, within the PNRR – Next Generation EU activities, involved a multidisciplinary team that took care of the setting up of the training offer, the definition of the spaces, the technological design, the construction of the business model and the development of the data warehouse to support the teaching activities.
The project also included specialist consultancy in the medical, psychological and health professions fields, with the aim of creating immersive, innovative training courses focused on the needs of clinical teams.
Gaslini Academy is configured as a strategic investment for the future of the healthcare system, with a direct impact on increasing digital skills, improving the quality of care and growing the entire training ecosystem in the healthcare sector.
Start 4.0 thus confirms its role as a technological enabler for the digital transformation of public infrastructures and professional training in highly specialized sectors.
