START4.0 accompanies companies at every stage: from the definition of protection strategies, to the registration of patents and trademarks, to the management of development, licensing and transfer agreements.
Thanks to a multidisciplinary approach and up-to-date knowledge of European and international regulations, even complex aspects such as the prevention of infringements and the resolution of disputes are addressed.
